Thank you for shopping with City Cloth House. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for orders placed through our online store.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we experience a high volume of orders or stock delays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified promptly if your order is delayed for more than 3 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship across Pakistan via trusted courier partners such as Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across most cities in Pakistan. Please ensure that the contact number and delivery address provided are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
For high-value or customized orders, we may request advance payment or a partial deposit before dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Some remote or rural areas may have longer delivery times or limited service availability. If we cannot deliver to your location, our customer service team will contact you to arrange an alternative.
6. Delays and Exceptions
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier network issues, or other factors beyond our control.
City Cloth House is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Pakistan.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at citycloth247@gmail.com or via our contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
We will investigate the issue and, if verified, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
City Cloth House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “delivered” by the courier.
9. Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
