Returns Window
We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
WhatsApp or Email citycloth247@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if damaged/incorrect). If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please return items to: City Cloth House, Jhaal Market, Satyana Road, Faisalabad, 36000, Pakistan.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For all other returns (change of mind, size, color), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank/card processing times may vary. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (we’ll confirm your preference during the return process). If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please whatsappp us or email citycloth247@gmail.com.
Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship after collecting a new shipping fee.
